Amazingly well!!! He is so knowledgeable and so easy to work with.  He is very conscientious about his work.  He makes suggestions of things to consider in the future.  I did not feel as though he was pressuring me to do any of the suggestions.  He explains everything to you and why it needs to be fixed or why you might consider whatever he is suggesting.  I really feel that I got more than my money's worth.  As I previously stated, Martin replaced my two old computers with one computer, transferred necessary files from both computers onto the new computer, and installed a new accounting program.  In addition he worked on my husband's laptop.  Very impressed with Martin Ruder and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.

The price was reasonable…I usually have him come out ones a year or when in trouble or it looks like I have a virus or something. He wrung 60 million things at one time and he cleaned the computer out. He installed stuff that you needed like upgrade soft ware. About the price I really don’t know what it costs normally. But I know there are a lot people who know about all this and they don’t help you. So I would say that the price is where it should be. He did a real good job. I have friends who dabble in it and they come over and helped me to get through something when it is easy. But when it come to something hard and I want to come through with the peace of mind and know that everything has been taken care of I would say that Streamline does it best. I am not his biggest customer. I have used him two or three times because he used with another company and that company went under and he went on his own. I just have a home computer and I am not in any small business. He came out quickly for me. He could have told me that I am too small and he can get here when he can. He is professionally very good and I like him. I will continue using his services in the future.

As usual, he showed up when he said he would and exceeded all expectations. The best there is as far as I'm concerned.

Very well. Martin was able to come out the day we called, and as usual determined what the problem was, and corrected it, time-consuming though it was. We have used his services before with great results, including a total wipe and reload. He is also a great advisor re: computer maintenance/protection. Though his expertise carries a price, I feel it is well worth it (and he does have a cap for his labor charge).

Martin is always prompt and professional. He is also very pleasant and does not assume that I don't know anything about the IT issues. He is very approachable. I operate my own business and am very value conscious. I really appreciate being able to use Martin for big and small problems.

They work through any issues that come up--and we all know there are always issues with IT-- and don't stop until they are sure everything is resolved. They are increibly thorough and I totally trust them.

He has helped me with software issues for the last 5 years and he is smart, classic and solves problems for me that I did not know were able to be solved. He has always been reasonable with his pricing.

Every experience we have had with Martin has gone very well. If there ever was an issue he would immediately correct it. He has made himself available and we have not ever experienced a problem with getting in touch with him. He has; increased the memory in our computers, installed battery back up systems and many other things that I cannot remember all of them.

My computer shut down and indicated there was a virus present. I called Martin at Streamline Your IT and he came right out, got rid of the virus and cleaned up my computer. He added a couple programs to safeguard my system that will help prevent the problem I encountered. When he left my computer ran much faster and I had the assurance that my computer was safe again. Martin is very fast at diagnosing any problem and he really knows what he is doing. He has worked on my computer before and I will call him again if, or when, I have computer trouble in the future.

My laptop was running very slowly and would sometimes get stuck and have to be shut down manually. Martin was able to schedule me for an after-hours appointment (6 p.m.), which I appreciated, since it meant I did not have to miss work. He was very professional and helpful. My laptop is now running great!

He did an excellent job with something neither I nor my wife could do. He also made a couple of recommendations for improving performance and with other things about my computer. It is always a joy to talk with Martin. He has an interest in my health condition and in my family. I will continue to call him whenever I have a problem. I trust his judgment

It was great! He is always able to find the problem and fix it, and he also looks for any other potential or real problems that might be there. He makes suggestions that help. I have been a client of his since he began his own company. I also had a second need for his services last week, and, again, he did a wonderful job. His personality is great, and he remembers me well when I call and when he is here.

My PC was running slowly and shutting down at times. I feared the worst, assuming that there was a hard drive problem - due to the alarming noises that accompanied the shut downs. I dreaded the thought of having to take it to a repair center. To my delight, help came to me in a professional and timely manner. Martin Ruder addressed these and several other issues over the course of 2 service calls. The second call was needed because the power supply needed to be replaced. The exact part for my aging Dell computer was no longer available. However, Martin checked around locally and got a suitable replacement the next day that he was willing to modify for my older PC. He brought it to my home and installed it on-site. He seemed to have a lot of expertise and experience, answered all of my questions in "non-geek-speak," and was easy to relate to. I will definitely be calling these guys again to keep my computer running smoothly.

I recieved prompt response to my initial call with service arranged at the earliest conveince for both of us. I was updated by text and email regarding schedule. The installation was quick without further issues. Martin also ran a check on my systems to make sure everything was up to date. Although it has been infrequent, I have worked with Martin a number of times in the past few years. I find him to be attentive, professional and knowledgeable.

It went well overall. Although we only asked for him to transfer data from one computer to the other and network the two computers, he performed other services that were not requested. I would recommend that you are very clear what you need him to do. To his credit, he took special efforts to make sure that I purchased the correct operating system (which required my returning the first computer that I purchased).
