Ohio Radon Mitigation

Our radon mitigation system has been in place for 13 years. The fan started getting louder a few weeks ago. I called Ohio Radon Mitigation and spoke with Jodi, who came out the next day to let me know that the fan would need to be replaced. She gave a price of $400 and said that the technician Doug could come out early the following week to replace it. Doug actually showed up earlier than his scheduled arrival to replace the fan and had the job done in about 1/2 hour. In these days of COVID, I am very impressed with the quick response that I got from Jodi to get our fan replaced. Their pricing for the repair was reasonably also.

Done on time, as per agreed price and results are fine.

I called Andy at Ohio Radon Mitigation. Our Radon fan was making a loud humming noise. Over the phone he was able to diagnose the problem from my verbal description and give me a verbal estimate. He said that he woud need to come out and look at the system to make sure that was the issue. Andy arrived on time for our scheduled appointment and was very professional and explained the problem throughly . He also suggested that we add a fan guard to the system to extend the life of the fan. He was able to order the fan and install it within 2 days. We also added the fan guard. I would highly recommend Ohio Radon Mitigation. They are professional and do quality work at a reasonable price. If the need arrives, I will use them again.

Andy and Allen called 30 minutes before arriving for the appointment. They were very courteous professional and cleaned up the work area when they were done. Andy explained everything he was going to do very thoroughly and made sure I understood what was being installed. Once the system was in stalled he did a post installation walk through. This was very helpful for me and I appreciate his professionalism. I will definitely use Ohio Radon Mitigation Services in the future and would highly recommend them!
