Carpet Cleaning
Mr. Cheeseman was very nice and professional. Overall the carpets looked very nice when he was finished. My main complaints centered around the fact that he did not move any furniture so only the open areas got cleaned, and he did not get all of the stains out of the carpet. To be fair I did not ask about the furniture or if he guaranteed stain removal, however in my conversations with the other contractors that I interviewed for the job it was mentioned as being included in the service, so at some point I suppose I figured it was just part of the service. I hired Mr Cheeseman because he came recommended by a professional service I had used previously and he had the best price. In the future I will be sure to ask exactly what I'm getting for the price.
