He is fabulous. He comes after work if he needs to, He goes above and beyond and even fixed things that weren't part of the original reason he came out.

He was very prompt. He told me what to purchase so I went out and purchased it and he came and installed it exactly when he was supposed to. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Now he has a trip charge that he didn't have before so because of that I won't use him again.

Steve hung two doors for me. I could not be happier with the service, or the doors. He serviced my doors in my shop that someone else did, and they now work better than they did 8 years ago when they were new. Will use him again, and recomend him to friends.

I called at 4:00 and he called me back at 6:00 and actually came out that night and took a look at it. He came back at 3:00 the next day and fixed it. That was really amazing. He is a really professional, down to earth, responsive, and a generally nice person. He was flexible, we didn't even have to be here. He just came, fixed it, and left a bill for us.

Steve was very professional and did the work needed. We thought we had a broken spring, but it turned out to be something different and he only fixed what was needed.

I called, described the problem, and left a message. Very shortly thereafter, he returned my call and even asked if I didn't mind if he stopped by in a few minutes to see the garage door. He arrived in 5 minutes, greeted me, looked at the door, gave me an estimate and left. Prompt and very polite! He brought the spring over the next day and installed it quickly. We are VERY pleased. He was professional and polite.

He said the way that my garage door is setup, you can have big problems with the spring breaking. He installed some steel cables so if it breaks it won't come down and hit your car of someone. He did a great job.

VERY REPUTABLE AND EXCELLENT SERVICE.

WE ACCIDENTALLY RAN INTO OUR GARAGE DOOR, AND OUR DOOR WOULDN'T SHUT. HE CAME OUT THE NEXT DAY, AFTER I CALLED. HE CAME OUT, AND INSTEAD OF TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW DOOR, HE SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME HAMMERING THE DOOR OUT SO THAT IT WOULD WORK. IN ADDITION, A WEEK OR SO LATER, I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY REMOTE OPENER AND HE CAME OVER TO TRY TO FIX IT AT NO CHARGE. WHEN HE COULDN'T GET IT FIXED HE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIND ME ANOTHER AT NO CHARGE. HE IS ONE OF THE NICEST, MOST POLITE SERVICE PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

IF YOU NEED SOMETHING DONE, CALL THESE PEOPLE, ON TIME WAS ACTUALLY EARLY, I WAS REALLY SATISFIED

HE SEEMED VERY HONEST. HE WAS RECOMMENDED BY SOMEONE WHO RETIRED AND WAS ON ANGIE'S LIST.
