DR. SOUTHARD AND HIS OFFICE IS THE EPITOME OF THE RURAL VETERINARY. THE OFFICE DOES NOT HAVE A CATCHY NAME, IT IS IN A CONVERTED HOUSE, THERE IS 3-LEGGED CAT, AND PARKING IS DIFFICULT. IT IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. DR. SOUTHARD AND CREW ARE MOST PLEASANT, UNASSUMING, AND DEDICATED TO PETS. OUR PUP HAD AN APPT TO HAVE STITCHES REMOVED. THE DR. SAW ME STRUGGLING TO GET THE DOG IN DOORS SO HE MET ME AT THE DOOR AND SNIPPED THE STITCHES RIGHT THERE WHILE I HELD THE PUP. TOTAL TIME FOR APPT. WAS LESS THAN 60 SECONDS. TOTAL PRICE $0. THE PRICE FOR NEUTERING A 60LB PUP(INCLUDING TWO PROTECTIVE COLLARS AND ALL DAY KENNELING) WAS ONLY $80. DR. SOUTHARD PRACTICES VERY MODERN VETERINARY MEDICINE IN A VERY OLD FASHION AND COST CONTROLLING MANNER. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, DR. SOUTHARD IS WORTH THE SHORT DRIVE.
