He has been here several times for plumbing, but he also does other "odd jobs" around the house. He is really good and is an excellent repairman, charging less than others, as well.

They told me how "cheaply" they could construct a small shelter house on a slab of cement already in the yard.....yeah right. 2100 hundred dollars later-I had a small 4-post, tin-roofed "shelter".not enclosed-not finished at all.. It wasn't even "square" making it difficult to finish. I paid for materials not used and not left.... Of course they talked me into "cash" saying it would be cheaper for me-so other than bank statements to prove I withdrew the money-and a few witnesses-I have no proof. Plus he jacked the price from 1500 to 1700 for "wood he already had".....I'm upset with myself for letting these jerks "reel me in".They came off so honest I really hope no one else "falls" for their BS. "licensed and bonded" means nothing with them. I'm sure they laughed all the way to the bank. At my expense.

Basically, I find them over priced and they lack professionalism. Details to finished work lacking. In my case, the first call there was a mistake on their part and when they came back to put a cap on the air-conditioning unit so the freon (which I paid for on the first call) would not leak out, I was charged again for the call and the freon!
When they fixed/cleaned my father's septic they tore the lawn from the house to the drain field and left it that way!
