We had mentioned two issues with our roof to these people. They sent someone who could only deal with the "cosmetic" issue. When he discovered there was a more functional issue, he said he could not do that alone and left. Apparently there were internal communication problems with this company. They have subsequently refused to talk to us or return our text messages or phone calls. This was both surprising and disappointing as previous gutter and drain work had been excellent.

It was very difficult to communicate with this company. He finally called me back and said he would come by for an estimate. I didn't hear anything back so I called him. He said he would stop again, never saw him. He did finally call and said he left an estimate at the house. He was very nice to talk to and seemed like a real nice person. Communication is where the problem came in.

This was the worse home improvement/renovation experience of my life. Initially things were well. They were done in about 2 1/2 days, they were prompt and keep their work area picked up. When they were done, my husband and I walked around the house and discovered that they hadn't put any metal roofing on the outer 6 inches of the roof on the front of the house, then the rake had been stretched over to try to cover. They had to angle the backside to allow for this. Also the ends of the ridge cap were not finished off. Called the foreman and they came back. The crew chief was argumentative. First he said that he was going to come back to fix where they had shorted the roof on material, then he got up on the roof and measured and told us that the roof wasn't square. He said that it was off by 1 3/8" and that was the reason that they did what they did (Ridiculous!!). Another crew member shrugged and said "Well it doesn't leak". (Seriously? My roof didn't leak to begin with. That wasn't why we wanted a new roof. Clearly they don't understand aesthetics ) When the ends of the ridge cap were brought up, the crew chief kept telling us that this was how they always did it and asking us how did we wanted him to do it. Also, while up on the roof, my husband noted that the snow ridge that they placed on the back of the house isn't even straight. It would have taken 1 minute to drop a chalk line to make sure that it would be straight, but they didn't take the time. Also the seams where the porch met the main part of the roof were not laid out properly and there was a bulge where it should have been smooth. The crew chief didn't think that this was a problem either. They left and we contacted the foreman. He came out and was much more professional and wanted to make sure that things were done right and to our satisfaction. He sent out other workman and they fixed all but the snow ridge. Unless you are on the roof, you can't see that it isn't straight and we didn't want any more extra drill holes than necessary in the roof. During the first big rainstorm, we noted that the back gutter had been cut too short and instead of water running through the downspout, it was pouring out of the elbow. Also, there was a seam in the rake that was immediately over an exterior doorway and so water was pouring out of that seam and you couldn't go out without being drenched. I called the owner and told him that there were more problems. He sent the foreman out the next day and they fixed the two problems within the week. All of this could have been avoided, if this company paid attention to detail. I have a small house with an uncomplicated roof. This should have been easy for them and for us, but it took 3 weeks to get things rights. That's just unacceptable to me. Lastly, I have to say that they have a member of their gutter crew who thinks that it is acceptable to openly holster a gun when he comes to work. We didn't realize this until he was leaving, I think that it was under his utility belt. I'm not getting into 2nd amendment rights here, but I think that our permission should have been asked. In the end, I'm offended that he took it as his right to come onto my property armed.

They came out for a quote in the spring and then they came back again for work in the fall and they were on time each time. They provided the quote on the spot and honored the quote after six months. They tried to accommodate me at the last minute to get the work done. The quality of the work was good and I was happy with it.

I hired them to repair a roof leak. They were somewhat hard to get a hold of. They use an and quot;answering serviceand quot; which seems to be a way for them to avoid fielding calls directly (maybe because they're on a roof somewhere). They eventually came out and looked and offered to seal a valley with caulking and replace one shingle near where my roof leaked. I paid 185.00 for the service. They came to make the repair two weeks after they initially said they would. Never called. Roof looked fine after the repair.

I called them after the next rain storm because the roof leak was unchanged (water pouring into my kitchen). I was frustrated with my inability to get some resolution and wrote a negative review here.

They appeared the following morning and did some additional work on the roof. I think I may have been too harsh in my original review. They are very professional and Kenny seemed keen to make it right. I would hire them again.

Their communication could be better but I must take some responsibility for that too.

It went well. It was a good experience. They did what they said they were going to do on time and the price was fair.

You may want to get more than one estimate, however, you also may want to make sure a lower price means the same quality.

Estimate given was reasonable and gave us choices. Only half down was required, rest upon completion. Very thorough. Big roof and finished in two days. No nails left behind.

They did a wonderful job and completed it much faster than what I was expecting. They were the lowest bids I got and so I was worried that it may not be that great of quality but I was wrong. I highly recommend them!
