It didn't go good at all, about as bad as it could. To word it like he did, has sat wrong with me ever. since.

"We would be glad to resolve the issue, in lieu of a time span exceeding four years since the vehicle was in for service. In re-guards to servicing high millage vehicles, most of the vehicles we service are high millage vehicles. We strive to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Reluctant to return, fool me once shame on you, twice and I'm the fool. We believed him and trusted him first time, not so sure now.
Follow up. We worked with mechanic and came to a reasonable compromise, the air now blows frosty cold, I have explain actions that make sense, and while a bit pricey, we now have a functioning air conditioner. I am fine with how it turned out and to the companies credit, they kept contacting me to work it out.

.I had gone somewhere else and had belts put on my car. They squealed from day one - I went back to the original provider and they wouldn't do anything. Said it was fluids on the belts that made them squeal. Zehner's took one look and told me what the problem was - replaced my belts and were very reasonable about it. I have taken my car back twice since this. Once for my exhaust and once for my brakes. My family now takes their vehicles to Zehner's. I will definitely use them again.

We like Zehners because we can get an appointment within 24 hours. They our friendly and professional. Their prices our reasonable. The quality of service is very good. We have taken our cars to Zehner's for over 10 years and will continue to have our cars serviced their in the future. I have complete confidence in Zehners to do the job right.
