WOW 1 DAY PAINTING

It went great. Very happy with them.

I have serious mixed feelings about this company, so I will list everything in positives and negatives. Work done: Top floor of duplex - all walls in living/dining room except accent wall, accent wall in bedroom, all of second bedroom Bottom floor of duplex - all walls in dining/living room, office, both bedrooms (including trim in one bedroom), one bathroom, entryway/hall No ceilings were done Positives: 1. Terry and all of the men that worked on our project were very friendly, personable, and loved my dog. 2. Quality of the drywall patchwork and paint job were great in the final product 3. Arrived precisely at 8am when they said they would 4. Were upfront in the beginning that my job would not take 1 day 5. Found the opportunity to save paint that I was able to return 6. They scratched my hardwood floor by mistake and used actual proper materials to fix it. They did not try to tell me that they did not cause it. 7. Terry corresponded with me as late as 10:40pm which I did not expect of him at all. Negatives: 1. The price was outrageous. I realize that it's my fault for agreeing to it, but I didn't read the estimate closely enough. At the top it says that "all materials are included" in the price. At the bottom it says that "paint is excluded and must be provided by the customer." When I saw that all materials were included, I automatically assumed that meant the price of the paint was worked into the estimate and would be considered a "material." I didn't see that the paint was excluded until I was at the store buying it. The price of the paint added an additional $600 to my total project price and that was AFTER 50% OFF the paint. I really feel as though I should have gotten the whole place painted for that amount of money. After I paid the total, I had a horrible sinking feeling. 2. Despite the fact that I pointed out a couple of places where face plates had been left off of outlets/switches and drops of paint were dried on the floor from their first day of work, they were still left that way in the end. I was irked that it added a couple of things to my to-do list especially since I paid almost $4 grand for the job. 3. They put a huge scratch in my hardwood floor. This goes in both the negative and positive aspects because even though they handled it well, I of course would have really preferred it had never happened, again with such a steep price. Even though they fixed it, you can still see the scratch at some angles and it will serve as a reminder when it catches my eye that I spent way too much money on paint. 4. They left my furniture in the middle of the floor between their work days, which they warned me about but didn't really ask if it was okay. It was a little annoying to have to move my dresser back in order to navigate my bedroom. Some things they moved never got moved back in the end. 5. They did not do the best job cleaning. I found a few balls of painter's tape on the floor and I had to clean up some drywall dust from my entryway. They clearly vacuumed just not enough to make the dust totally gone. Overall, I would have been less **** ** them for their shortfalls had their price not been so high. I do really enjoy how my walls look, I am just left with a giant void in my wallet and several things added to my to-do list.

They arrived on time and performed the work on schedule. There was an issue with paint sticking to porch floor but that was a paint issue that had nothing to do with the quality of their work.

Terry and his team did a great job painting walls at my new place.  The job was completed in 1 day (as advertised).
