THE REASON I USED HIM IS BECAUSE COMPARED TO OTHER PLUMBERS HE'S REAL GOOD ABOUT CLEANING UP. IN THE PAST WHEN I ASKED ANOTHER PLUMBER ABOUT SOMETHING HE SAID IT NEED TO BE REPLACED AND THEN THIS MAN WAS ABLE TO FIX IT.
