The installers were on time. They were professional. They answered all our questions. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up and hauled away all old material. Love the new windows.

The salesman arrived on time. Door I liked had rectangular decorative glass - I wanted to keep same size glass just replace with plain glass - told it couldn’t be done. I wanted white molding - told it couldn’t be done. I wanted bright brass hardware - told it couldn’t be done. Wanted a black door with matching black grids in the windows - you guessed it ! - told it couldn’t be done. It got so bad I told the salesman “you tell me something can’t be done 1 more time - we are done talking.” The door I was looking at had decorative grooves - they wanted to install a lick plate over the grooves - this would create gaps between the door and the kick plate! Very disappointed in the lack of flexibility - I thought they were a custom door installer - they are not - they sell standard doors with very little modification possible. Extremely disappointed - door had better be spot on perfect when installation time comes or I’m not letting them take it off the truck.

It all went great. From the quote to the super quick install. It was painless and we are really happy and would recommend Window World. The installers were excellent and really knew their stuff. They were really efficient and professional. I was impressed. And the windows look great and the house feels newer now. Fair pricing and great service. We liked it all.

They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. I think the price was right. Somethings I would give them "A" but a couple of things I give them a "B".

I contacted Window World after researching on the net and checking with Angies List. The salesman explained everything. We struck a deal and set up an appointment to have the windows measured. It did seem odd that the salesman did not measure, but the installers had to make a special trip to measure. The windows arrived when promised. The installers arrived on the appointed date on time. They worked quickly and cleaned up all of the mess when they were done. I am planning on replacing more of the windows in my home and I am planning on having Window World do the job.

From initial contact to final completion everyone we spoke to and dealt with was very courteous and professional. There was no pressure from the sales person and she completely understood the fact that we don't do financing and spending that much of our hard earned cash made us apprehensive. She explained every step on the process and totally set us at ease. We were told we would get a call a few days later from someone who would come out and measure and that measuring process was very quick and pleasant. We were told 4-6 weeks for the manufacturing of our custom windows and 3 and 1/2 weeks later we got a call that they were ready to go in. They worked with the schedule that worked for us. They said installation would take two days and crew was very punctual and polite. They worked a full day and told us to really go over the windows and any questions or concerns we had would be addressed before they would take final payment. The finished product is so beautiful we see our neighbors driving by slowly to admire the work. We loved their upfront pricing. As a cash customer I don't like games. I have and will recommend their work to others.

We called to have a few quotes from some window companies. In general this process seemed very challenging. But this company more then others worked to make the process simple they explained the 3 types of windows they carry and which was the the best choice for my situation This was great because the other companies really wanted to get us to buy more then we needed but not Alex at window world. He never pressured us or harassed us . My wife was very appreciative of the time he spent answering her questions as some of the company that came out were not as patient with her talking over her and not listening to her needs . this was a big investment and we wanted to feel comfortable with our choice and we did as this company had a lifetime warranty also there crew was very professional and kept the home clean.

After going through the sales process, we seemed pleased with the service. We went with WW, because they had done the upstairs windows for the prior owner and we had a nice experience with a warranty claim and wanted to keep the whole house consistent.

My first warning that things were about to go south was when the installation date was miscommunicated. I originally asked for a Saturday, which they said was booked - so I instead switched it to a Friday and took a day off work for the installation. When the installers never showed up, I called the office and they had me down for Saturday! When the installers arrived they were friendly and worked quickly. When they couldn't complete the job on Saturday, they came back and finished up the outside on Monday. The inside of the house was left a little messy which was annoying, but a little mess was to be expected.

Overall, the quality of the windows was good, but the installation quality left a little to be desired in the bathroom, where they reinstalled the casings so that the wood was jutting out approx. 1/2 inch from the window frame and the window itself was scratched up. On the outside, several of the windows were missing and quot;weephole doorsand quot; It took days to get anyone to on the phone willing to help with the problem. I ended up having to take pictures and send them in before they'd agree to send anyone out to fix the issue. When they came out they fixed the problem in the bathroom, but and quot;forgotand quot; the weephole doors and said they'd be back out the next weekday to install those. That day never came. I called repeatedly the rest of the year and every time the receptionist said they'd send someone out, but they never did. The local franchise owner who had been helpful in getting our first issue resolved suddenly became unavailable.

While we're otherwise pleased with these windows, the quality of their customer service from this local franchisee left a very poor impression and I would not recommend this company to others.

This was supposed to be a 3 day job, but the basic work of removing and installing took 4 days. Between clean up and corrections, it took an additional 2 months. We only had a full crew of 3 guys working the first day and the remaining 3 days we had 1 guy or two at most working at the same time. The guys who worked the site were very pleasant and friendly. The second day, they were supposed to be here at 8 am and 1 guy showed up at 10:30 and the main installer came at 11:30. The reason given to us was that they were scheduled to work another site before us. Clean up inside the house was poor, but outside was even worse. The old windows were left outside for weeks in several sites along the front, back and side of the house and inside our garage. Several panes were scratched or dimpled, and several screens damaged, and true to their word-no questions asked, these were all replaced (which is why it took several months to complete) The new windows look great and operate well.

Great price (considering what competitors were quoting) and nice install crew.

They were pretty professional. The salesman was prompt with his appointment. He was knowledgeable about his product. Things ran very smoothly. The installers were very good and very quick. They were good at cleaning up. The house has some lead paint on the outside, so they went through the mitigation procedures. They were still able to complete the job in just under a day.

Outstanding and excellent to work with.

They did a good job. The windows came with a lifetime guarantee. The salesman was very informed. He didn't try to push anything that I didn't need. I really liked the salesperson. This company gave me the best estimate of the three companies. I am planning on using them again soon. I was very happy with them.

The windows looked good, and the person who came out to do the measure was very nice. However, when the windows were installed, the caulking looks like it was just slopped up on the outside of the windows. It doesn't look very professional at all.
