Wilson's Lawn Care

I had an accident and could not mow my lawn.  A friend referred me to Wilson's.  I spoke to them and set up a date for an estimate.  They missed the appointment.  I called and they apologized and said they would "swing by" to give me an estimate.  They called and told me $110.00/month.  I agreed.  The first mowing, one of the workers using a string trimmer cut down a bed of irises.  He did not see me watching as he gathered them up and looked around to see if anyone saw him.  I opened my window and said, "Please be more careful."  He looked up and said "What?"  I repeated my request and he kept repeating "What?".  Finally I shook my head and waved my hand.  Other than the irises, the job looked very good.  Later that day, the manager called to say that the workers told him a plant had been damaged and he was calling to find out what happened.  I told him and he said ok.  Then he said, "Please do not curse at my employees".  I was dumbfounded!!!!  I never cursed, I was polite, HE DAMAGED MY PLANTS.  I almost fired them on the spot.  The employee obviously lied to save his own skin and I, the customer, was made out to be rude!!!  UNTRUSTWORTHY EMPLOYEES.
On the last mowing before they stopped showing up, one of the employees tried to ride a sulky attached to a walk behind mower across a very steep hill on my property.  I saw the entire event from my window.  He could have been killed.  The mower ended up at the bottom of the hill, upside down.  I yelled out the window, "Are you ok?  That is why you are mowing and I am not!" (my accident involved a mower and that very hill).  He looked at me and did not say a word.
They never returned and when I called I was hung up on.
