They were all responsive. I've got the basic service performed and package. If I call them in the evening sometimes you have got to reset or reboot, you have to reboot and I'll go talk in through it. I have seen no problems. They will help within the day. They do their job. I would use them again in the future.

We are just not happy. It is expensive and many nights there is just nothing worth watching. The internet is often slow. The phone is good. We are looking for more value for our money.
