They came highly recommended from another website. Showed us great pictures, and were fairly priced. They came up with a nice design idea for the tile, and you could tell tile was there thing. We had more than just tile to do, but they conveyed confidence. We agreed on a start date of June 9th. They showed up late, almost noon, worked for 3 hours on tear out, and left. Each day they showed up after 10am, left for at least a couple hours in the afternoon, and then would come back and work some more. If we weren't at home all the time for work, I'd have maybe thought they were putting in extra time, in truth, they'd still come short of 8 hours most days. They started on a Monday and promised we'd have a shower back by Friday, and be completed by the following Wednesday. By Saturday 6/14 we were renting a hotel room as they were working odd hours, and we still had no shower, and no water at all at times. A full week later, they expected to finish, but on Monday June 23rd they worked their last close to full day. We had a shower but could not use it as they still had to seal it. From June 23rd until July 9th, they continued to stop by on and off after we'd call them multiple times. Most times they'd then stop by for 1 - 2 hours and leave to work another job again. In early July when we started to use the shower, it leaked in our finished basement doing damage to carpet and ceiling (see pictures). They still have unfinished drywall patch work where they had to cut up our bathroom wall. And while they were tiling our front foyer, they busted our $700 Entry Storm Door. Now we are at the point where we've paid them a number we begrudgingly agreed to just to get them to stop bugging us. (Yes when they wanted money, they called daily, when it came to finishing the work, they would not call at all just might show up, might not.) WE WOULD NEVER, EVER ALLOW THEM BACK IN OUR HOUSE AGAIN. We are now paying others to fix up their mistakes since they kept making more as they were fixing others. The bathroom now looks ok, but we lost hundreds if not thousands on clean-up work, hotel bills, kenneling for our dog, etc. due to their lack of quality work & lack of timeliness. The sad thing is they knew we wanted to our kitchen next year, and could have done a great job on our bathroom and gotten the kitchen work easy & possibly some other outside stone work. Now, we will NEVER call them, and our friends ask us who we used just to be sure they never use them either. Our recommendation is to COMPLETELY AVOID THIS COMPANY.
