Very well. Nice to deal with. Spent time explaining possible issues and solutions based on my description. Said they would call first if it was something else. Was repaired within 3 working days.
Description of Work: Oreck upright wasn't picking up as it should. They replaced the roller, belt and did a cleaning tune-up.

Description of Work: The owner looked @ my Dyson vacuum. I went into his shop with complaints that the vacuum was not suctioning as strong as before. He tested the vacuum, his diagnosis was that nothing was wrong the suction. Once I got the item home I used it and it was working wonderfully like nothing was ever wrong with it. The owner charged me nothing, because he said " I fixed nothing on it , so no charge!" | | | | | | |

They recommended some vacuums and explained the features, pros/cons. I did not make a decision and checekd out some other places and found what I was looking for for at a better price. I decided to go with another dealer for the price and quality of service I received at another dealer.
