Ultragloss serves both a retail base and dealership base stretching across northeast Ohio. Ultragloss was founding in 1992 with its foundation built on customer service, quality repairs and additions, affordability, and integrity. Ultragloss is the parent company of it's other divisions Dentz (specializing in paintless dent repair), Interiorz (specializing in a variety of interior car repairs), Tintz (window tinting and paint protection films), Glazz (glass chip repair), and Rimz (wheel refinishing and hubcap/rim restoration). We are able to offer these services all under one roof with specialists in each division.

We had a number of surface scratches and some deeper dents. They gave me an estimate of $1,250 to repair the scratches and dents, which was right in line with a estimate I got from another shop. But unlike the other shop, UltraGloss offered to buff out the surface scratches and touch up the deeper scratches for $96. The dents would still be there but not as noticeable.  We chose that option since the car is 7 years old (2008 Nissan Altima). When we picked up the car, there were some scratches missed, but it was due to a misunderstanding. I wasn't clear that I wanted ALL of the scratches taken care of. They immediately put two men on it and quickly buffed out the remaining scratches at no extra charge. I was VERY PLEASED with the results and their responsiveness. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
