 + -1 moreI was living east of Akron and I ordered a certain size truck. I wanted to be able to pick up at a certain location and drop off at a certain location since I had to pay for each mile. I was not able to pick up at the location because they didn't have the size truck. So I had to go further away and still had to pay the extra miles myself. I felt that they should of accommodated this for me. I have used them since and this time they were able to give me the correct size truck for the type move I was doing.
Description of Work: I had to rent a truck to move from one house to another.
