Description of Work: We purchased our second queen size mattress set from Original Mattress Factory last Dec., the first set being 15 years ago. We have found the quality for the price to be better than any other choice in the market place. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable, the delivery men were friendly and prompt. We would reccomend OMF to anyone looking for great quality, value and ease of doing business!

 + -1 moreI don't know the exact location, but it was the closest one to my apartment in Lakewood. The service was good. They showed me the factory floor where they assembled the mattresses. They had a good layout where you could try out all of the mattresses there. The sales people were helpful and nice. The showroom was good. The salesperson was really informative. I was in and out of there within half an hour. The delivery guys were there when they said they would be.
Description of Work: I bought a new mattress and the frame from The Original Mattress Factory.

 + -1 moreThe sales lady, Shauna, was great. She explained the difference between their mattress and other manufacturers. She led me from mattress to mattress explaining the difference, pros and cons. I ended up choosing a middle of the road. They have some cheaper and some more expensive. I think the prices are very reasonable. Do yourself a favor and stop in before buying somewhere else.
Description of Work: Purchased a twin mattress and box spring for a spare room.
