SO INVOLVEDROP IT OFF SERVICE TECH WENT TO BASEMENT TO LOOK AT FURNACE AND IN ABOUT TEN MINUTES HE CAME UP AND TOLD ME HE DIDN'T HAVE A FILTER TO FIT THE FURNACE.AFTER SOME CALLS AND ASKING ME IF I WANTED TO ORDER THE FILTER HE SAID HE WOULD BILL ME FOR THE FILTER AND HE WOULD DROP IT OFF THE FOLLOWING WEEK AND I WOULD PUT IT IN.THAT WAS GOOD WITH ME. HE NEVER CHECKED THE THERMOSTAT UPSTAIRS AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE DID TO THE FURNACE BECAUSE HE NEVER LEFT A BILL TELLING WHAT HE DID.HE JUST SAID EVERYTHING LOOKED OK. HE WAS JUST SO INVOLVED WITH THE FILTER HE FORGOT EVERYTHING ELSE.

I awoke on January 2 to no heat in the house and didn't know what to do. After checking the electric panel and the furnace pilot, I decided to call the K Company because they had previously done work for me. I actually spoke to a company representative who forwarded my request to a service technician. The technician called within an hour and gave me an idea of how long I would have to wait for service which was going to be several hours because he was on a call out of town an hour away. He called again when he was on his way. In the meantime my furnace started working again but I wanted to have it checked to discover the cause of my problem before I had it again. The technician listened carefully to my description of what happened and the steps I took to solve the problem and then checked what he thought might have been the problem. He found a dirty part and cleaned it for me. Everything has been working fine ever since.

They did a pretty good job. They were punctual at the beginning. After the service was done I needed a booklet with the rebates and it took them about a month to get it to me. I had to keep calling them over and over. That was the only downside. The people that came out were very efficient and did a great job. They had the work done in about 4 hours.

We called for an estimate Rep. at scheduled appointment Explained, measured Gave us 3 options for a new A/C and furnace, good, better, best We chose the better Scheduled time for install 3 workers came on time, did a professional job cleaned up, hauled everything away gave instructions to my husband on how to work the new thermastat, (which looks very complicated) We may have paid a little more, but it was worth it. Definately recommed

They change the filter in my units. They have replaced a blow on the exhaust. They do excellent.

It went very well. We plan to use them to maintenance the equipment.

Very easy to work with them. They explained the contract well and helped us to understand our own unique setup in our new home. The worker who came to do the maintenance service was polite, and did a good job.

THIS WAS NOT THE CHEAPEST COMPANY THAT BID ON THE WORK BUT THEIR ESTIMATOR WAS THE MOST THOROUGH AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID THE WORK BEAUTIFULLY, AND RETURNED TWICE AT NO COST TO ASSIST, WHEN MY EXISTING HUMIDIFIER FAILED. I FOUND THAT I GOT EVERY PENNY I SPENT OVER THE LOW BIDDERS IN EXTRA SERVICE AND PROMPT RESPONSES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE VENDORS FOR FURNACES AND HOT WATER HEATERS.

THEY HAVE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS.

THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND YOU CAN COUNT ON THEM (THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU THEY GET THE JOB DONE.). THEIR EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN THERE A WHILE AND ARE CAREER PEOPLE.

THEIR PERSON THAT DID THE SERVICE WAS HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. HE EXPLAINED THINGS WELL.
