Description of Work: Scott scraped down all areas that had mold and then vacuumed all of those surfaces. He then brought in air scrubbers to remove all the mold and spores from the rooms. They then applied a naturally based product that kills mold spores and lastly they used another natural product that sealed the surfaces to prevent future mold growth. It had a really nice light herbal lemon smell.

The work performed was above average and price was fair for the work performed. I was disappointed in the communication. I had questions concerning the work after he was done and paid and he would not return my calls. He claims that there is a 15 year warranty but good luck getting the work warrantied if he won't return your call.
Description of Work: Superior mold re-mediated a room in my home. They run scrubbers, vacuumed and treated all areas with chemicals.

Home Inspection showed some minor mold in basement so we wanted to get it taken care of promptly after closing. Scott provided a quote within a day of contacting him, was on the job the next day and finished in two days. He seemed to know what he was talking about and the issue seems to be resolved. His quote was lower than the one other one we received.
