They came out on a weekend and were very responsive. Their regular service is great and their emergency service is even better. The price is fair; another company's prices for the same job was $30 more an hour. Their name is "Superior" for a reason.

I NEEDED A NEW GAS LINE RUN. I CALLED ON A FRIDAY TO SCHEDULE AN ESTIMATE. I WAS TOLD THAT THE ESTIMATOR WAS OUT, BUT THAT HE WOULD CALL ME ON MONDAY. ON TUESDAY, I CALLED TO INQUIRE WHY NO ONE HAD CALLED. THE OWNER "CHAD" PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT I HADN'T CALLED HIS COMPANY, BUT HE DID SAY THAT HE WAS OUT ON FRIDAY. FROM THE VISITED LINK IN ANGIE'S LIST AND MY NOTES, IT WAS OBVIOUS I HAD CALLED THIS COMPANY. I FIGURED I WOULD GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE, SO WE SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR THURSDAY. CHAD NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL (YES THEY HAD MY PHONE NUMBER)!!! IT'S SERVICE LIKE THIS GIVES THE HOME IMPROVEMENT INDUSTRY SUCH A BAD REPUTATION!

THEY WILL TAKE CHECKS AND CASH, BUT NO CREDIT CARDS. THEY CAN BILL YOU IF YOU WANT TO USE A CREDIT CARD. FREE ESTIMATES.
