We wanted to get our furnace serviced before we turned it on for the winter. We called a few other people the earliest they could get us in was late December or early next year. Called Stacks and within 2 hours he came out to service the furnace.

Keith took a call regarding my broken air conditioning at ten at night. He personally inspected the unit the next afternoon and showed me the short to ground. It was ordered and replaced within days. Thanks Keith.
