Spartan StormShield

We are very pleased with our experience with Spartan Stormshield. We suffered hail damage to our roof and siding during the hail storm in July, 2023. Andy came out and walked our entire roof. He took lots of pictures and shared all of his photos with us - explaining what each picture showed. He sat with us to file the claim with our insurance company and met the adjuster at our home. Andy immediately made himself available when we had any questions. He worked with us to pick out the perfect shingles to complement the color of our home. We love our new roof. During the roof replacement, one of the screens in our sunroom was accidentally scratched. Anthony, the project manager, called to acknowledge the screen had been damaged and took the screen to have it repaired. I appreciate Anthonyâ s honesty and the quick turnaround to repair the screen. I would highly recommend Spartan Stormshield. Special thanks to Andy and Anthony for taking such good care of us!

Came immediately for estimate, was able to fit my small roofing repair in the schedule quickly. Crew worked efficiently and left 0 mess. Work was done in April 2017 and have no further issues with leaks.

Overall it was a great experience. It was an insurance claim to re-roof our house and they did a great job. I had another project that i added to the job and they were very reasonable. Clean up around the house was a little lacking. There were a lot of nails left behind and misc. shingle debris. They responded to the issue promptly.

I went on home advisor for a pro to repair our roof, Jarrad called right away and made an appointment to inspect it, came the following day to do an assessment for it. We were very impressed with him, we asked if he did other work, and he did we also hired him for our kitchen ceiling and we have more work planned for him in the spring of next year. I called 3 other contractors for roofing and they would not call me back. I would recommend him to anyone. He is great to work with. Wanda W in Akron, OH

Jarrod and the crew showed up on time and did a great job. I talked with Martin and he was very helpful attending to the smallest details. They also did a great job leaving the work site very clean.

I commissioned Jarod for a roof inspection report, asphalt roof installation (26 square gable), flat roof installation, gutter cleaning & tuneup service, and downspout repair. Jarod and his crew performed the work very quickly and professionally. I would be happy to have SpartanWeatherShield in my home again.

Highly recommend Spartan Weathershield Exteriors. Jarod was wonderful to work with. He went to bat for us with the insurance company and made sure that we were able to get the repairs done correctly so that we would not have issues in the future. The communication was awesome. We always knew what was going on and if he said he would do something he did it. The crew that did the repair were polite and respectful and didn't leave as much as one nail in our yard. My husband who is in construction himself (and therefore very particular) is extremely pleased with the result. Thank you Jarod and crew!!

Good job

Jarrod came out quickly and assessed our roof damage. They met with the adjuster and the claim went smoothly. We are now waiting for our installation date. Highly recommend.
