Always late, brought two trainees ...didn't wear shirts......talked about the night before and made many mistakes due to being left alone without supervision from head installer. Spoke with Linda and said we had a year for warranty repair. Asked her to have Head Installer only come out and stretch and finish in May..... Never happened. We have since paid another contractor to fix the unfinished detail. I also wanted a breakdown of my cost (upper vs. lower levels) the man I spoke with during Linda's vacation said he would mail it....that never happened either.
