Selby and Andrew were punctual and courteous. They immediately got to work. This involved removing the entire dishwasher and analyzing the electrical wiring initially connected upon installation in 2009, by a big box store. They discovered that the wiring had been wrapped with duct tape rather than electrical, and that both wire and tape had shredded, melting dangerously on to the wooden floorboards. My family had narrowly escaped a house fire from negligent installment by contractors working for a large chain! Selby and Andrew worked professionally for hours, never taking a break. Selby ran a test cycle on the re-installed unit, and pronounced it good to go. Both he and Andrew have provided me with exemplary repair and if need be, replacement service for over five years. I trust them completely.
