It did not go well at all.  At that time, all of the mitigation companies were very busy.  We had been on about 6 or 7 lists and ServiceMaster was the first one to call us back.  We had been sitting with water on our floors for 2.5 days at this point.  They showed up over an hour late, and did what I would call a very rush job.  I understand that they were very busy and had already worked a long day, but they did not put our furniture up on little blocks, nor did they move out all the furniture to clean under/behind.  The manager stated that he knew that they needed to do a better job and they would reschedule because they were so busy.  When the left, there was still a muddy film on my floor.  They took my rugs to their shop to clean and left all the trash sitting in my year and garage.
About a week later they came out again. This time they also showed up an hour late, but they did call to let me know.  The did a lousy job cleaning my floors, and still didn't put the furniture up on blocks, nor did they move out everything to clean behind and under.  Then they sprayed my floor with some sort of anti-microbial product, which left an oily film on the floor.  They did not return the rugs.  They did remove the trash this time.  Their employees also sat outside in my driveway dropping "F" bombs, smoking cigarettes, and play wrestling.  My office window is right above them and I could hear and see everything, and I am certain that anyone on the phone could too.
Finally, on the third try, they actually cleaned the floors, moved out all the furniture and washer/dryer, and removed all the leftover dirt that was left from the water.  They actually put the furniture up on blocks but by this time, it was a little late.  
Then today, I finally get a call about my rugs.  They could not get them clean.  I was rather miffed because originally I wanted to put them in my washing machine and wash them myself, but they insisted they would get them cleaned for us at the shop.  When the manager told me that they couldn't get the smell out of the rugs, I asked him how long did they sit wet before you even tried to clean them.  He knew they screwed up and offered me $20 for the rugs, which I told him not to bother as I probably had over $100 in rugs I now need to replace.  I think the one rug for my front hallway was $40.  
I would not ever call them again.  The last time we had ServPro out and they did a great job, but unfortunately, they were not available and we needed our water cleaned up.  In hindsight, I probably just should have waited it out because the water sat there anyway.  I would not recommend them in the future.  I don't care how much work you have, for $3K it should be done right.

I cannot complain about their service considering the state of the carpet. The guy did a good job. The carpet could have been cleaner. The stains were not all gone, but he was really nice. He moved all the furniture and he used the right support. I was disappointed that the carpet did not come out cleaner, but it was not necessarily his fault. The job cost me $200. They were very prompt and very friendly. They worked very hard; they worked the entire time they came out. They did the job and followed up to see if I was happy. I would use them again in the future.

They said he would be here at 9:30 and it was like he was waiting down the street to arrive. 9:30 on the nose! Chris was very professional and listened to our concerns, then assured us that he would have no problem with the stains in our carpet. A little over an hour he was done and WOW! what a difference. The carpet looks like new. Too bad it can't stay this nice!

Crew of two was on site within three hours of being called very early AM on a Sunday. Were quick and professional, explained what needed to be done and why as the work was being done. Hauled away ruined drywall and carpet that they removed. Punctual to follow up visits to assess the drying progress.

THEY ARE JUST REAL PROFESSIONAL (THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ALWAYS CLEAN AND PERSONABLE THEY DON'T COME IN GRUMBLING OR WITH AN ATTITUDE IF THEY DON'T MOVE THE FURNITURE THEY PUT PAPERS UNDER IT. WHEN THEY'RE DONE THEY LET YOU GRADE THEM AND I THINK THAT?S G

THEY DIDN'T GIVE UP ON ME WHEN I KNEW THEY HAD A MORE IMPORTANT JOB TO DO.
