They showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They could have communicated better before the date of install.

The repairman was very much on time. He had a great deal of knowledge about the refrigerator and how it should run. He fixed the door handle and stated if I had any more problems to please call.

What they did worked. They were here they said they would be here. I rate them high overall. WE buy our appliances also from their local store.

It went real well. The guys were very professional.

It went horribly. I paid for expedited shipping and it did not arrive when promised. The cooktop has a one year warranty but it is falling apart after less than six months. When I called sears they could not find my account. They could not even find the order for the cooktop, which means they refused to help me. I think this may be their way of weaseling out of their warranty. I have all the paperwork! I read them all the numbers! They are still baffled and lost. They transferred me from useless department to useless department for over an hour! They could not help me at all. I have wasted so much time and money. I remember when Sears was a good company; now they are TRASH. Don't buy anything from Sears if you want quality, customer support, or a real warranty. They also wan to charge me $75 for a technician to come out and look at my cooktop. Nice racket! Sell garbage and then charge to have it checked out! I hate Sears with a passion.

We need to purchase a lawnmower and knew that Craftsman made decent lawn mowers. We chose SEARS because they sold Craftsman and because of their community activism. We would have bought the lawnmower at SEARS even if we didn't buy a Craftsman. The salesperson was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We will go back to SEARS again.
