 + -1 moreThe gentleman in contact with us (Mike Akins, project manager) is on the ball. A very helpful gentleman, nice and pleasant. You know that you are at ease talking with him. Anytime we would like to take a look at the house we give him a call and he lets us know if we can meet him that day. He is a very pleasant gentleman, and even when we looked at the model home the salesmen were very very pleasant. I would highly recommend Ryan Homes and Mike Akins. We are so very pleased with them.

 + -1 moreRyan Homes did an excellent job. Every time I had an issue, and there weren't many, they took care of it right away, or called me to tell me why and when it would be addressed. They added several details they didn't have to. Excellent job, and three weeks early! They even fixed the places where I bumped the walls moving in.
