RUSH APPLIANCE SERVICE

Rush appliance provided great service on our dishwasher several years ago. Thought we had a problem with it again the other day and called. He helped us identify the cause of the leaking without even coming out!

Fine. Came out the same day I called and was available to obtain and replace part the following day. Explained the problem well and provided helpful info about getting by until it was fixed. A positive service experience.

He did a great job, Punctual--knew what he was doing--and did it well

We had used him before. He is very good, knows what he is doing, professional, punctual. We knew he was going to figure it out and the work was going to get done.

Our 9-year-old refrigerator left a big puddle on the floor the night before last.  My husband had tried to fix it, thinking it was either the icemaker or the defrost cycle, but was unable to figure it out.  Hubby guessed it was the defroster because it was dry all day, but we woke up to a big puddle again this morning.  I called about 5 companies listed on Angie's list and got voicemail on all of them.  
When Mike called today at 5 pm about our inquiry, I told him that we have somebody else coming tomorrow.  He asked what the problem was.  I explained it to him, and he proceeded to tell me what was wrong with the fridge.  I put hubby on the phone, and Mike told him exactly how to fix it!
Who does that???  
You can bet that next time we need an appliance repair, Rush Appliance will be the first company we call.  It was like he gave us a gift of $50 or more!

Have used him twice. All was good....

I called Mike and he came out the next day. He explained the problem thoroughly and walked me through a fix that didn't require any parts, Just the very fair cost of the service call. I have found my appliance repair man!

This is the second time I've called Mike with an appliance issue. He returned my call the same day and was out two days later. He listened to the details of my problem and took the appliance model number so he could come prepared with potential replacement parts. His rate is reasonable. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends.

The company was very responsive. My call was returned within 24 hours. Mike showed up promptly - and had even come prepared with a replacement ice-maker. Once he started working on my frig he discovered the problem was in the supply line and a filter and not the actual ice-maker. He made the necessary repairs and saved me the cost of replacing a fairly expensive ice maker.

They are terrific just wonderful. Overall I was satisfied with them and will use them again in the future.

I discovered that my refridgerator had power but was not cooling after a power outage. Within 10 minutes of calling I received a return call from Rush Appliance. He asked me some questions and promised to come out that same day. He came out a short time later. He quickly diagnosed my problem, a fried motherboard, and replaced it with no issue. He explained everything to me and got it up and running quickly.

Mike was prompt and very informative in explaining what the problem was and what options I could take. He called right away to see if the bad part was in stock (pressure switch) it was he left to pick it up came right back and completed the repair. I would gladly use his service again.

He was very good and reliable, and the price was very competitive. I would use him again in the future; in fact, I have called him about an estimate.
