He was a little late but did a good job.

Rick of Rick's Appliance was great, but fixing the refrigerator took four trips and many talks to the mfg tech people. On the third trip Rick spent a good 30 minutes taking to the tech person. He tried every test they suggested, all of which failed to fix the problem and actually shut the whole refrigerator down a one point. It is obvious to me that the mfg tech person had no clue. Rick said he was sure what the problem was but ordered all the parts the tech person required. On the fourth visit he replaced 5 parts including the ''mainboard'', and the ice dispenser now works. I will not hesitate to call Rick again for service on any of my appliances, but I don't think I will buy any more GE products.
