Its a service place. What I like about them,is that they guarantee their work. I had some other issues with it, and I kept taking it back. until they could figure out where the leak was coming from. I did not get charged anything, for the times like that. They guarantee their work. They finally figured it out, it had a slow leak, so you couldn't see the Freon.

I was very, very dissatisfied. I brought my vehicle in of having problems with my rear lights. They had to rewire all kinds of things and put all kinds of things in. I picked it up. I got home and I tested everything out but it wasn't fixed. I brought it back and they said to bring it down so I brought it on down. After they looked in, they acknowledged and said they had to rewire. It was the same problem as before. I asked them if that would cost me any more money and I had to more. I already spent $350. It doesn't work. That is not going to bring it back. I don't want to spend more money on more things on something that they supposedly had already fixed. I was more dissatisfied with them than I had been with any place in a long time. I wouldn't trust them anymore. They were F all the way down. I would never use them again.

I checked all the reviews that I could find on auto repair places, along with BBB reports, and Angie's List. A lot of places were just scary. Who do you trust? I made many inquiries on the Fairlawn Rad Air before selecting them. I am so glad I did. The night before we dropped the car off, I called 4 times with questions. They were very patient and accommodating. Once they had the car, they called with their evaluation and recommendations; then they called with updates. The work was done earlier than promised and was done completely. Since I mentioned that I found them on Angie's List, they gave me a $50.00 discount. I feel that I have finally found a car repair place where I don't have to be worried about being "taken". I will use them for both my cars, in the future.

They were fast and fit me in when I had me to be towed. My big complaint is the the price of the part was $40 higher than quoted and they never called to tell me. I could have waited until they got the cheaper part if they would have talked to me.

They found no need to replace anything & tied down a loose heat shield to stop a rattle.

Great place, always honest and told me what may need replaced in the future, but didn't need replaced quite yet.  Most garages would have tired to replace it immediately.  They also provided me a free ride back to my work and would pick me up at the end of the day when my car was finished.  They our definitely my choice for a garage since I moved to the area.

I was very happy with the service.  I had an exhaust leak, which took 2 days to repair due to a delay getting parts (my car is a 2002 Acura RSX-S, which is both more than 10 years old and is not a common car).  The delay didn't bother me, because I don't think that was Rad Air's fault.  The repair was done correctly the first time, and I haven't had a problem since.
I also asked them to inspect the car and let me know if anything else needed to be repaired (which is dangerous, because it might give them an opening to tell me about all kinds of things that need to be repaired, whether they need to be repaired or not).  They told me that everything looked good and that nothing else was necessary.  The fact that they didn't try to sell me additional bogus services increased my confidence in this service center.
In the end, I was charged exactly the amount that they estimated ($200) and I will go there again if I have car problems.

Dave at Rad Air listened to my story about how I have had my car into 4 places for my brakes squeaking, grinding, and I had an unusual noise when I was inching along at low speeds. I said it sounded like I needed an oil soak.  He told me up front what it sounded like to him. Then they drove the car, heard the noises I was describing to him, and found that when my brakes were replaced recently, they did not lube anything, so the pads were grinding into the rotors. They fixed it, drove it, and got it back to me. For the first time in months, my brakes don't grind or squeak.

They were wonderful from the return phone call, making a quick appointment, loaning me a vehicle for the day, to the end result of fixed brakes. The people were very friendly. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle after a long day, the receptionist handed me a bag of cookies. How perfect is that?!

They gave me a price which they held to even though they had to flush it 3 times with cleaners. Price included new thermostat and new antifreeze. Hearter works well now, and so far (7 months) no leaks from the chemicals they used. I gave them an opportunity to replace readiator hoses, but after hose inspection they said new hoses were not needed.

They are great. That is the only place we use. We've been using them for more than 10 years. They are very reliable. They don't oversell. They are reasonable. They will give us a diagnosis before they start. They will break it down and tell us what we really need to do now and what we can hold off on. They usually have a loaner available which is a Godsend. They don't always; it depends on how busy they are but we have been pretty lucky. Their prices are fair. We're sure you can find someplace cheaper but they guarantee their work and we can bring it back if there is a problem. They are very professional.  The owner knows my husband by name.  The shop is nice. We will absolutely continue to use them. They also do body work. They are specialists.
