They don't maintain the timings and the schedules and the appointments. The work they did was fine.

Very well. The staff in the showroom were very helpful in assisting me in choosing the best product to meet my needs. The installers were absolutely magnificent. They were fast, cleaned up after themselves and did a spectacular job.

After shopping at a different location for carpet we went into Quality Carpet. We learned more about carpet than we did at the previous location. Sales person was very helpful in finding carpet in our price point and in the materials that would work best for the room we were carpeting. Installation people we on time and very nice. Got the pad and carpet installed within 2 hours. This included moving 2 couches and a treadmill.

The whole process went so smoothly and the installer was amazing--so diligent and meticulous. It is a winding stair case with a landing and many small recesses for doors etc, so it was labor intensive to do. He installed it perfectly, and though it took me a year to write a review, the carpet is so beautiful and so well installed, I love it everytime i go upsatairs.

Bob was very understanding of the urgent nature of my carpet install, and lived up to his promise to get it in as soon as possible. He was installing at my rental property, and I was concerned about having my tenants living on 60 year old deteriorating tile while they waited for carpet (the laminate flooring they had prior was water damaged following a hot water tank leaking in the home). His was the only company I could get to answer their phones on a Sunday. Within a day or two, he was at my rental property to measure, and then even made a second stop at my primary residence to go over his measurements, explain what the job was to entail, and drop off carpet samples. I was very grateful to him getting the carpet installed in such a timely manner, and was also grateful that his pricing was upfront and seemed to include things that the big box stores nickled and dimed for. Bob Gaither's Quality Carpet and Flooring are our carpet guys from now on. I am so happy to have found a local company that I trust that I can bring all my future business to and refer my family and friends to. We searched for carpet before we owned the home. I had rude measurements and Ms Diane was one of few willing to work with us. She explained what to look for in our purchase and spent lots of time with us. Only to have me change my mind before ordering. I went with Diane s favorite and am so glad I did. Everyone came when they scheduled with me. The men who laid the carpet cleaned up after themselves and even left some bigger pieces of leftover to lay at door entry. I am so pleased with the choice I made. I have no complaints, not one.

The price seemed reasonable and they went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with the carpet and the work done to install it. I would recommend and would use them again.

Everything went great. Stan was a great salesman who took care of us from start to finish. They were totally understanding when our timetable changed due to an illness in the family. Ed, the installer, was fantastic to work with and did an amazing job. He discussed issues with us that came up as we went along and provided us the information we needed to make decisions on what to do. They never rushed us on the decisions we had to make along the way, and waited patiently when there were other parts/supplies that didn't come in on time. I would definitely use them again.

On-site measurement and installation processes were conducted in a professional and very timely manner. Quoted price was high, and too much effort in "haggling" with sale associate at the store was required to get down to a price level equivalent to the discount promised for Angie's List. Price was still not the lowest cost option for a medium grade carpet, but went with them due to their quick timing. Overall quality of the job was fair. Carpet was without blemishes and appeared uniformly stretched, however one of the bent seams was slightly crooked. Did not go with them on the more recent quote. Price quoted after measurement was approximately 20% higher than the initial estimate via phone. Competitor's quote was 20% lower and their post-measurement quote did not vary as much from their initial quote.

We are very happy with our experience. We had gone to Home Depot several times and could not get attention from the salespeople. We went in to Quality Carpet and Stan was extremely helpful and informative from the moment we walked in. His installers were top shelf, and we noted areas where the initial install was done cheaply, yet these men did it correctly (they used task strips on the stairs where the original installers used only staples.) We are very happy with our choice to go local, and would recommend Quality Carpet to anyone in the area.

Everything went extremely well. I felt they were fair and easy to work with. My installer was a great guy, really wanted to make it right and help me out. There was a delay in getting the flooring because it had been discontinued, but they found it and I didn't have to choose a new design. They were so considerate of my time constraints as I was also dealing with unexpected health issues at the time. I would definitely use them again.

They were reasonably priced. They did a good job. There was one area where the carpet bunched up and they sent someone out to fix it right. They were friendly and easy to work with.

Excellent service and information from Jim at the store. Brought home samples. Bob, the owner, did measuring and, with three contiguous but separate areas to measure (bedroom, walk through closet, vanity area) was very accurate. Both are friendly, helpful gentlemen. Installation was professional, speedy, and clean. I'm sure I could have done more comparison shopping, and, in fact, checked a bargain-type carpet dealer. But I wanted experience, good advice, and a fair price. I feel I got that. I also am interested in new kitchen flooring and will be a return customer when I can afford it.

He did a fabulous job for us. We got a good grade of carpet. He came in, did the work, and he's congenial. I give him high ratings and would use him again in the future.

They were on time, polite, and professional.

Bob measured the area and gave us a price range, high to low, after we told him the type of carpeting we were considering. For example, we wanted a high quality nylon not polyester or wool. As stated above, he went out of his way to be sure we were satisfied with our selection. Much of Bob's business is word of mouth. He is very interested in your satisfaction and wants you to be a return customer not just a one time sale to meet a quota. Our old carpeting and pad were removed and hauled away by his installers. The carpet is pre cut in his workroom prior to delivery so the installer has less chance of damage to your home by trying to wrestle a big roll of carpeting in your home. I have never had a bad experience with Bob. I recommended him to my clients as well because I trusted his work. When I had forgotten to clear a large closet so the carpeting could be installed he offered to come back later to do it at no additional charge. This was not just a special favor to me; it's the way he does business. Obviously, we were very happy with the result of our purchase.

Overall, it was very well. They are very attentive. The co-owner I met was the owner's sister. I went in to look at them. She is very thorough. I saw what I wanted, which is unusual. The owner did the measuring and they arranged it within a week and half. They are very thorough.

They did an excellent job. They were conscientious. They were interested in understanding the whole project. They explained everything. They were competitive on pricing. I worked with them on the quote as their initial quote was higher. I went with them because I perceived that I will get better service with them and I definitely did. They care for your project and are not just interested in your money. I will definitely use them again. We had our baby delivered at that time and we were in the hospital. They were able to get into the house at that time and take care of things. They were totally reliable and trust worthy.

Called for an estimate, Stan was came the next day. Was very courteous when i told him I was price shopping with other vendors. I called the professional office staff to schedule carpet installation, appointment was made and everything went so smooth. Very prompt and called before arrival, old carpet and padding removed and and new installed. They cleaned up all debri and gave me an itemized invoice and said to call anytime if there were any problems.

Quality carpet did a great job. They had previously carpeted our basement seven years ago but that carpet was ruined when our basement flooded. They retained the measurements from the previous installation which saved having to measure a second time. The price was $200.00 higher than seven years ago, which seems like an appropriate amount of inflation. The carpet was installed in about four hours and looks great. One problem though ... the installers pointed out a flaw in the carpet (about a 12 inch line which appears to be dried adhesive). They told us that they would inform Quality Carpet and that we would be contacted about possible repair options. The company never called back - though I'm not sure if this means the installers didn't pass the information along or they chose not to follow up. At any rate, we decided that we can live with the imperfection and didn't contact the company. They did later send us a thank-you note for our business.

They came out to measure and gave me an estimate with samples. They called to let me know the carpet was ready. They stayed within the estimate. They did very neat and careful work and they made sure they didn't scratch anything. They were very responsive and punctual.
