Scheduling Removal: It took several phone calls to set up work. Contractor was supposed to call a day ahead to do work and instead gave only a couple of hours advanced noticed that the work would be performed on that same day.
 Work: It was done in 2 steps:  - Cutting Down Small trees that were less than 10 feet tall.  -
 Stump grinding: was done a week later in about 20 minutes. Payment was made immediately: HUGE MISTAKE. I mentioned many times that I was planning on planting  bushes where the trees were located. I asked if that would be an issue. Contractor said there would be no issues in putting new bushes. He also said that the stump was completely ground. 
 Today I went to plant my new bushes. To my surprise after digging the hole, the stump was still there. He only ground 4 inches of the stump and the stump was level with the side walk. I tried digging it out thinking it was only a root but it was actually the stump. I contacted Brian Lutheran, the owner, thinking it would not be a big deal to come back and finish grinding the rest of the stump. He insisted that he completed the job to owner's specs which was not true. When I called him, he started an argument with me and said he would not come out unless he was paid another fee to finish the work that was on the original contract. I didn't feel like wasting my time with this guy since he was so argumentative and I would not get anywhere. I also refused to pay additional money to complete a job that was already paid for.  Bottom Line is he did not complete the job I hired him to do.

We were referred to Premier from a friend, He was excellent. It was quick punctual service. He came out when he said he would and did what he said he would. His price was competitive.
