Brad was very professional and courteous. When I first called, he told me it would take about three-four weeks before he could do the work. As a result, I called other siding contractors, many of whom either did not bother to return call, show up to look at the damage as scheduled or bother to follow up with an estimate. Two months later, I called Brad again, again, he said he wouldn't be able to do the work for another 3-4 weeks. I figured, I waited this long, what's another month? Brad came as scheduled, provided an estimate the next day. After the required down payment, Brad had his crew come as schedule. Work was a one day job and they cleaned up the work area after completion. I am happy with the work and considering calling Brad for other construction work around the house.

We've used this company before and we're impressed with consistently excellent experience and work. We asked Precision to re-arrange plumbing, electrical and venting for laundry room, replace trim and cleaning gutters. The turn-key job is amazing. You'd have never known anyone was there, looks amazing. Ron does a great job coordinating all disciplines to have things done, all things immaculately cleaned up, all supplies removed and great attention to detail. Installed new cabinet, counter, sink, plumbing fixtures. Workers also replaced 50' linear feet of trim that our puppy had chewed, and it looks better than other areas in house from initial installers. All workers are top notch, friendly and people we would welcome back to our home. Ron has a great system of communicating before, during and after the job. We really see no reason to use anyone else for any projects. We have a wish list of projects and he will be our first call.

Precision Siding did a fantastic job.  They are very professional.  The work was done quickly and efficiently.  The craftsmanship was superb.    Not only did they replace our front door and portico, but they sealed the front of the house better than the original builder did!  I would highly recommend them for any home construction need.

That went okay. I have no major complaints but you have to nail down the guy to the offer and ask a lot of questions. If you do that, it will go okay. He was okay to work with. It was a little hard to get a hold of the primary guy, the owner of the company to make arrangements, have them come out and look things over. It took 2 or 3 weeks of phone tag to do that and I never liked that too much.

Excellent. After making the initial call to the business, they were very punctual in coming out for an estimate. After agreeing to have the work done, they were out the following day to remove the old fence. This was a Friday. The following Monday the new fence was installed. The workers were very pleasant and personable. They worked fast, were very neat, and did an excellent job. Since this company is a general contractor, I will definitely use them again.

Ron and Brad Mirman are honest, hardworking men who run this business. They thoroughly discussed our plans and tried to do everything just the way we wanted them to. At one point, my husband was not happy with the way the siding was going, and Brad came right out and made a change in the way the windows were trimmed so that we were satisfied.
They worked steadily and always tried to keep the mess contained and cleaned up. The quality of their workmanship, and that of the different people they contracted to do the drywalling, electric work, etc. is excellent.
The only reason I didn't give them an A on everything was that now we have a water problem in the basement, where the old foundation and the new foundation meet. Water and mud seeps in when it rains. They feel that when we replace our driveway, which is admittedly in bad shape, this problem will be alleviated. I am not so sure. I think eventually my husband will have to jackhammer the cement and use plastic and insulation to divert the old waterproofing system into the new drainage system. Also, we didn't plan to have to spend another $5,000 to $10,000 to replace the driveway right now.
There is also another water problem in the basement as the result of the new front steps joining with the foundation above the waterproofed cement blocks. This seems to be a design flaw to me. They thought that it just got wet because the first time it rained there were no gutters in place yet. They put on the gutters and sprayed clear waterproofing around the outside of the foundation, but I think we will also have to paint the inside of the basement wall with waterproofing paint. Of course right now the wall is covered with insulation to meet the code requirements, and we will have to remove that to even see if the wall is drying out or not.
Overall, they were very good, but not perfect.

They did an excellent job with that.
Last month my brother's house had some siding damage due to a storm. He had to take the whole side off to get it to fit right. He was able to use the siding that had blown off, he just had to take it down to a certain point that he could replace it.
Excellent quality. There was nothing that I had to call them to come back and repair. The materials they used were guaranteed. If there is any problem they will come back and fix it. I have already recommended them to my neighbors and they have used them too. They were professional, friendly, they are on time. They clean up everything. Their craftsmanship is excellent. The paint job and installation was perfect.
Other people thought they are expensive but you have to consider the quality of materials that they use. The materials that they use have to be installed by a certified technician that is used to working with those materials and that is why the price is higher. I think that you get what you pay for.

Work went fine. They came when scheduled, stayed at it till done, and cleaned up well.

He was very personable and very professional. He was very informative on what he was going to do but we haven't gotten the estimate back yet. We've had 3 or 4 people come out and he was the best so far. He said the estimate would be here by the end of the business day today. He was here when he said he would be here.

Very professional installation and new siding, gutters and downspout looks great.Greatly improved appearance of house; I couldn't be more pleased with company and job they did. Company personnel were very responsive to my questions and comments. I would recommend them to friends and family. For any future home remodeling that I may plan, I would very likely use them.

Very unhappy - if he felt the work was not worth doing or submitting estimate on, I should have been notified.

RON FROM PRECISION WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM THE FIRST CALL TO THE COMPLETED JOB. I WAS 100% SATISFIED. THE LEAK HAS BEEN FIXED. THE JOB SITE WAS COMPLETELY CLEAN. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I AM VERY SATISFIED.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM.
