They came out immediately. They tried to fix it in house first, they were unable to so they took it to their shop. They are very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. You can tell that they care.

SAID THEY WOULD CALL IN A COUPLE OF DAYS WITH AN ESTIMATE, FINALLY CALLED A WEEK LATER THEN CALLED AGAIN TWO HOURS LATER, SAID MICROWAVE WAS DONE, WAS NOT FIXED, TOOK MICROWAVE BACK IN, WEEK LATER TALKED TO OWNER AND HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT, 2 DAYS LATER WE PICKED UP THE MICROWAVE AND STILL IT WAS NOT WORKING

GIVEN AN ESTIMATE, HAD IT READY THE NEXT DAY. CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE TO FIX MY T.V. THEY CALLED BEFORE TO CONFIRM TIME AND SAID THEY WOULD BE ABOUT 5 MINUTES LATE. VERY HONEST.
