Ricky and his crew did a great job working in difficult weather conditions to complete both a large interior and exterior waterproofing project for us. We appreciated the team's communication regarding progress and keeping us involved as needed throughout. The initial project quoting process with Ron was informative and the price was fair. We have not yet had a significant rainfall, but fully expect that their work will keep our basement dry. Looking forward to them coming back to fix downspout drainage issues, grade project area, and re-seed grass in the spring.

Best in the business. The project manager, Jeff, has been in the business for 40+ years and there is nothing he doesn't know how to do. Anything I asked him to do, he said he could make it happen. They also work with the best master carpenters around. They built me a gorgeous bar from nothing but the ideas that popped into my head. Again, they never told me no to any of my ideas. They also allowed me to do some of the work myself (paint, flooring) to help me save money. Out of the 3 quotes I received to finish the basement, they came in the lowest and in my opinion, got the best outcome possible. I would use them again in a heartbeat for any project in my house. They are perfectionists and will not consider the job complete until you are 100% happy with everything.

We were very pleased with the job that was done in our basement. The crew was tidy and courteous. Gamaliel, the project foreman was very professional and answered all our questions. Overall great. Pioneer was great to work with, from the first phone conversation to the onsite initial inspection/quote to the actual work. Kyle B was the onsite foreman. Kyle and his team did a fabulous job. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. Kyle kept be informed constantly. He made a point to meet with me every morning, throughout the day and at the end of each day. He took time to answer all my questions and throughout the day he would show me the progress and explain what work was being done. The project was done well. There was some settling and they came back and filled in the low areas.

No problems. They replaced the dirt and sod after the new pipes were in place. At this time, you can not tell that the yard was dug up. This was done about 3 weeks ago. The person who mows my yard, said there is no problem mowing the area on the side of the house. I have used Pioneer before to water proof part of my basement. This was done last year. In both cases, they return to inspect their work after completion. A friend referred Pioneer to me. She had her basement water proof and was pleased with this company's performance.

We had an exceptional experience with Pioneer. They were prompt with scheduling our estimate, and when they came out, they did not try to over sell us. When it was time to schedule they were able to accommodate our requests. Foreman Kyle B and his crew were exceptional. He was very thorough and kept me up to speed with the entire process, as it was happening. I had many many questions and he and his crew answered them politely and honestly. We have had the sump pump about 10 days and our basement feels so dry, even with the high amounts of rain we have had over the past several days. I feel very confident this company fixed all of our water issues in our basement!

My wife and I have had a very good experience with Pioneer. Ron, their salesman, did a great job of gaining an understanding of what we were after in the final product and explaining what our best options were. Their estimate/ contract was very clear and inclusive of everything they intended to do. Kyle, our project's foreman, and his crew were great. Kyle did a excellent job of communicating throughout the project while operating with a level of detail that we appreciated. The crew was hard working and polite. Old houses always present a unique challenge and Pioneer did a great job for us.

Had three estimates, one of the contractor recommended and quoted all around the basement trenching and drainage system, the other two recommended only the required area, Pioneer had the lower bid. I got concerned that I didn't get a call back to schedule after a day or two business days, following making a deposit for the job (deposit requirement was a reasonable amount). I later learned that scheduling is done on Thursdays. Because of their busy schedule, I had to wait about one and half month for them to perform the work. I am happy with the work and things went well. They showed up promptly at 8am on the scheduled day. Since I have pets, they sealed off the doorway to the basement and exterior door so the pets do not get out. I was worried about the jack hammering and all the dust it would create, but they assured me that dust would be vacuum up simultaneously as the concrete is cut out. Before they left, they cleaned up the work area--it was cleaner than before they came to perform the work. Work was completed in one-day--they initially estimated two-days for the job. A week later, we had heavy rain, and I have a dry basement!

Very clean job, I was surprised at how little mess there was. Good at answering questions and taking care of concerns. Did a great job, would definitely use again.
