hardwood floor
 + -1 moreTHEY FIRST TIME WE CALLED AND SET UP APPOINTMENT THE DID NOT SHOW UP. THEY CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGE ON OUR MACHINE THAT THEY HAD A FAMILY EMERGENCY. THE SECOND TIME THEY DID COME BY AND LOOK AT THE FLOORS. THEY ENDED UP GIVING US AN ESTIMATE, THOUGH IT WAS TWO WEEKS LATE.
