+ -1 moreOur experience, as brief as it was, was horrible. We (our agent and us) were misled and misinformed by Mr. Riley and then dressed down on a nasty email from him. Mr. Riley was the listing real estate agent for a bank owned property. During one of the very brief exchanges of information, he directly replied to us (the buyer) informing us that the property would not be available until AFTER renovations were completed by the bank. Previously, he had informed our realtor that the property was available and offers were welcome. After we received his short, ?the bank isn?t willing to look at any offers until the rehab is done? directly from him, we replied in kind and received his nasty email. Deal with this realtor at your own risk and beware of misleading information.
Description of Work: Mr. Riley represented the seller (bank) of a foreclosed property.
