Orkin Pest Control Services

We use Orkin for pest control. Sometimes it's irregular about when they show up and whether they show up  informally. Once they got here, they were fine but the price is high. The people that came were fine. They need to have lower price for as little as the work involves. It takes less than half an hour and their price is well over $100 per visit. I've cancelled whether we need them in the future, I don't know.

Awful. The guy showed up and slept in my driveway for 20 minutes and when he finally showed up to the front door my fiance greeted him and asked how he was. His response was he didnt want to work today...OK? Then he went on to say he was not going to be able the spiders nor stink bugs. He also mentioned he had just dealt w a place w bed bugs..I dont want to know that! Finally after he talked my ear off for 20 minutes and mentioned he doesn't have money for cigarette while staring at a pack on my table and said he digs them out the trash, he gets to work. He sprayed around the house which I could have done on my own for 30 bucks. Not impressed. Do not recommend. Complete rip off and unprofessional.

When I called, I gave details of house and prob. I was promised copper mesh drain cover. What I got was a billand I a paper saying I had mice. Then I was told to get caulk to fill holes. I thought he would do to that. I've got traps all over and am supposed to spend more money for their service. As far as I'm concerned, I could have bought 20 traps, put bait in them and not be out $200. They made no contact to see if I was pleased. The man knocked most off my lids for frid storage out from under sink and thus they are trash. It was not pleasant.

They are very good. They do the whole house for me. They do an excellent job.

The technician is very nice. He is prompt and courteous. He always calls beforehand and lets me know what time he will be here. I will use them again in the future.

They did great. They got rid of the hornet problem. They have always taken care of our bug problems and plan on using them for quarterly service again.
