vacuum cleaners
 + -1 moreThe cord was fraying where it comes out of the handle. They spotted the problem before I even told them why I was there, which impressed me. I was told they could just repair it, that the cord did not need to be replaced. I asked about replacing the roller brush, and that needed to be done as well. They have never tried to sell me a repair I didn't need, and have twice told me I didn't need maintenance I asked about. Every time I take the vacuum in for service, however minor, they clean it up.
Description of Work: Rewired cord and replaced roller brush.
