Cleveland Heights told me to tear out and replace three slabs of sidewalk at my driveway because they were slightly out of level with the rest of the sidewalk. Ohio Concrete was able to grind them down to make them level and comply with point of sale inspection. Instead of spending $900 on replacement, I was able to spend only $250 on the repair. Ohio Concrete returned my phone calls quickly, set up an appointment quickly, and did the job they were asked to do. Once they were there, they did a good job and charged me the price they quoted me. My only complaint is that they showed up about an hour late. They called me to say "traffic" had slowed them down. I drove the same route to Cleveland Heights from Akron that morning, and there were no traffic problems. The worker they sent later told me that they were short-handed that day, and that's why they were running late.
