These subcontractors have been in their specialty fields for 20 years or more. The owner of Ohio Basement Finishing Co. has been a contractor for more than 25 years. Ray did excellent work. Our only complaint is that the job took way longer that he said it would. He indicated he would be done around Halloween (approximately six weeks from start to finish) but it wasn't finished until early December. At first he was very easy to get on the phone or via email. Later on it became more difficult to contact him and we had to get pushy in order to get him moving again (he admitted to having spread himself too thin between jobs). I have to say that, aside from the timetable issue, he did a fantastic job. Very high quality workmanship. He knows basements inside and out. The egress window is awesome, too.
