We considered three companies and KNOW that we made the right choice. First, Dennis, the salesman, used to install furnaces and A/C units, so he knew his stuff. (One salesman would have had us buy a furnace that was too small for our house.) Next, Neal, the installer, had 15 years of experience and he and his partner did a nice job. (Okay, they could have swept up a little better, but isn't that par for the course?) Finally, Steve, the repair go-to-guy saved the day! There was a problem with the furnace being too noisy. He replaced the blower and stayed on top of the manufacturer until he had another part he needed. I really appreciated that he didn't discount my concerns or try and convince me that I was being too sensitive about the noisiness. TALK ABOUT BUILDING TRUST WITH THE CUSTOMER! Now we have a quiet furnace that works great. In all, they were very professional and my husband and I HIGHLY recommend them.

THIS COMPANY IS PROMPT, HELPFUL, AND EFFICIENT WITH ANY PROBLEM WE HAVE HAD WITH OUR FURNACE. THEY HAVE ALSO CLEANED OUR DUCTS. THEY WERE ECONOMICAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
