This is the best appliance service I've ever used. Friendly, knowledgeable, and won't come into your home to fix something that doesn't need fixing and then overcharge you. My Hero is HONEST and fair in the pricing. Call them, you'll be glad that you did!

The young repairman was the soul of courtesy; he explained what needed to be done and why. He had asked me in advance for the model number of the dryer so he could bring the right parts if the problem was what he thought it was. (He guessed correctly.) Highly satisfactory all around.

Great service! Came to our house the same day we called, found the problem with our dryer that had suddenly stopped working, drove to get the needed replacement part, fixed the problem, and cleaned up well afterward. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Great experience--highly recommendeded!

It went very well. Loved the way he explained what the problem was and what needs to be done to fix it. When he had to order a part, he knew how long it would take to get it and when he would be back to install it. He was very prompt and came back when he said he would. The boot on the front of our Kenmore Washer was leaking. Aaron replaced the boot. The repair was done quickly and the washer is working great.
