It went ok, but I had to finish the work. They were a little sloppy, and I had to do some caulk and painting finishing work.

I am predicting that I will  experience positive results for the summertime cooling, but more importantly, for the winter heating season.  Right now in the Spring, the weather is cool (60 degrees) and we can't really speak to the new insulation's effectiveness.  The workers were courteous and knowledgeable, and cleaned  up well after the  job.  They even helped reroute a lavatory fan exhaust with new duct.   Start to finish:   5-1/2 hours.

Craig didn't want to take our money, just for the sake of taking our money. 
Now that's something you don't find everyday!!!

Excellent service.  Prompt response, professional.  Responded well to all questions and phone calls.  Cleaned up after, left no mess.  Workers were on time and courteous.

First, I will start by saying I'm guessing we called at their busiest season - Fall. We had them out over the summer to estimate and their price seemed very reasonable.  But I didn't call to schedule until the end of October. At that time they were about 4 weeks out. I was asked to call back around mid-November. I called as requested and they were hoping to be out by the end of November. He said he would call when they were 2 days out. Early December I called back, left message with secretary. I received a call the following day and we were put on the schedule. 
They came on time as scheduled and were out by early afternoon. My husband was pleased with the job they did up in the attic but during installation he had to plastic off areas himself because he thought it was getting into the other rooms. He had initially asked if it should be blocked off and the response was that it would not be necessary. 
Regardless, we are pleased with the job their price. After we save up for the walls, I will be sure to ask when is their slow season.

They were the first one whom we talked to but we are considering other provider because of the price. Although they did a good work.

They did exactly what was expected. I believe this company insulated my walls in 1998(approx) so I called them again for the attic. We will call on them again for my son's house.

They did the job and finished when they said they would. I received a reasonable price. When they were blowing in the insulation they were a little messy.

Lucas was recommended to us by Lakes heating who has done work for us in the past Lucas gave us an estimate which was broken down into sections so we could decide how much or how little we wanted to go. They arrived and a two man team worked hard for three days. The result is a much quieter home and the furnace doesn't run as often. Our gas bill for December 2010 showed that in comparison to Dec 2009 the average temperature was the same, and that our volume of gas used had dropped by 50% approx

They were great. They were on time. They were clean. The did exactly what they said they would do. I didn't have any problems with them on anything. I would definetly use them again in the future.

NO CALL EVEN TO SAY THEY ARE BUSY AND WILL GET BACK TO ME. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM (AS OF 10/11/04). I HAVE ALREADY SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH A COMPANY THAT I CALLED AFTER I CALLED LUCAS.
