Greg was very responsive came out and fixed quickly.

They are very quick to come out and came out the same day. They did good work and are honest about what you may or may not need.

The part he needed was not is stock.  He had to order one and did so and got it within one day from Columbus..  He sent his helper back to install the special order and my furnace is now silent!!  This company is worth waiting for but try to call ahead as there are only several repairmen.  I have depended on Greg for over 35 years.  He is a man of integrity.  This company was his father's and now his and even he is getting old.  It's hard to replace his honesty and personal service in the new marketplace where everyone is trying to sell customers what they do not need.

We have used them for 30 years. They are very responsive.

Called them. Greg came over same day and spent over 1 1/2 hours diagnosing the problem. Did not charge me for the service call as the furnace had been installed less than 2 years. Greg followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure it was working OK.

Completed the work in a couple of hours and it works fine.

Lowry worked with the manufacturer to get the part delivered (for free as the part was under warranty) and Lowry did the installation which was $600 and took the whole day. About 15 years ago, they also removed my steam boiler and installed forced air (heat and air conditioning) and had to install duct work throughout the house. They did a great job and each night they cleaned-up after themselves.
They also installed air conditioning for my brother, mom and day, and my father-in-law. Overall, we have all been pleased with their work, showing up on time, and cleaning up after the job.

What good and honest people Lowry Furnace Company is and their HAVC knowledge is fantastic! They could have easily told us that our furnace needed a new regulator and charged over $500 plus for it. They came in and checked the ignitor and determined that it was the problem, cleaned, checked the rest of the furnace made some adjustments and it fired right up! They had to go out of their way just to find a part on Saturday,no extra or restocking fee even though it's not a part they normally carry. They also put our air conditioner in 2 years ago and it runs great, again well done at a reasonable cost. I plan to purchas a new furnace and they will be the only people I will call to do the job!

They are really good. They were friendly. They got to work right away and didn’t fool around. They were neat. We had our vents cleaned and they didn’t get dirt and soot everywhere. They weren’t horribly expensive. I thought it was pretty cool that they did not sell me a new furnace after examining my current unit.

our air conditioning was out. I checked Angies list. Called. They were out very fast. The problem was diagnosed before they opened the unit based on similar calls from the area and the high temperatures. The unit was operating in 10 minutes from start to finish. The tech stuck around to be sure the unit was working properly. He did this by taking measurements from the inside around the duct work. Great job.

After service did not work, then told him that I would like to purchase a new unit. The one I had was about 12 years old and out of warranty.

Service man called Greg (owner) and he came to house within the hour. I was thinking about a bigger unit but they reviewed the house ducts etc and said I did not need bigger unit.

Asked if I would like installed next day. My father and I have used this company for a number of years(over 5years). Starting using them when McCrutcheons went out of business. Had tried other A/C for yearly and were not satisfied. We call them once a year for a check up on Furnace and Air.

I think they are really good. Whenever I've had a problem they will call me back. Even on a weekend or a weeknight. They are really responsive. They are punctual. He is really nice and answers any questions I might have. He would call if he was going to be late.

Mr. Lowry's was one of three quotes we requested for replacement of a furnace, AC, and air cleaner unit. He was extremely knowledgeable about Lennox equipment, gave good recommendations, answered questions thoroughly, and did his homework when he didn't know answers immediately. Because the homeowners are an engineer and a physicist, the questions were many and not easy. He did a better job than the other candidates in answering honestly and fully. He quoted a very fair price, did the work in a reasonable amount of time, kept to his schedule, and worked around several unexpected setbacks/ venting issues. His bill matched his quote. Very professional and knowledgeable team of workers.

They were on time, very polite, and $500 cheaper than their closest competitor. The owner of the company came out at 8 pm when we called with a concern. He not only addressed that concern, but stayed to clean our A/C coils. He even had me take a picture of the "before" coils and send it to his office for training. (Previous owners ran without a furnace filter -- it was very clogged.) The installers even took pains to route the exhaust runs so that they wouldn't block some shelves on the basement wall. We didn't ask them to, they just did it.
