Many places do this but put pressure on the customer - we stand by our policy. For those not interested in our Cash on the Spot promotions through February 15th, we offer other discounts in March, such as Free Returns for certain New Customers (teachers, policemen, firemen, etc.) as part of our Community Appreciation campaign.
