Jeff McKeever was our salesman-----was very professional and answered all our questions----We asked him to put in a "work will be done by....date"  in our contract and he did.  Work was completed before that date. Excellent workers----did a great job---and cleaned up after themselves. We asked to be able to pay with our credit card. This was arranged by the company through a Pay Pal account. This company was professional----followed through on appointments and did what what they said they would do. I would use this company again.

Frank and his team were extremely professional and efficient, getting all of the work done in a timely manner while keeping the quality very high.  They were all very pleasant and I would definitely use them again, as well we recommend them to anyone looking for a remodel or any other construction needs.

Starting with the estimate, this was the only guy who offered snow/ice guard, he was also the only one do mention there was probably damage below the flashing/shingles.  He also offered a year guarantee of no leaks.  Then, I called and left a message, to inquire how far up the list I was, and they came and did the job the next day.  They didn't just put new shingles (that they threw into to the deal) in the spot where they repaired the roof, they put the shingles all the way across the roof so it looked nice. The new flashing looks very nice and they did a nice tack-down of the flashing on the roof and on the siding.  I would have never known they were here except that my garbage can was moved in the aisle where they brought their supplies.  The clean-up was immaculate.  When I have to replace my roof, I will be going directly to this company.

They gave me an excellent price and suggested alternatives.  They did quality work and were honest.  I'm retired and I was able to review their work each day and they had some rotten wood to replace on a steep roof.  I would use them again and recommend them.

When hired they said that they would start in about 3 weeks. We ended up planning a last minute vacation that fell at the same time they were to start. Liberty asked if they could work on another job until we returned. They explained that they prefer that the homeowner can be reached, in case any issues are found that could increase the cost of the original estimate. We agreed, and work began a few days after our return. Everyone was very polite and professional through the entire job. The workers even gave a heads up on the day they needed to remove our satellite dish to complete that portion of the roof. They put it back up perfectly (no cable issues). Each evening, they cleaned up everything, and let us know they were done for the day. Frank stopped by almost every day to check on everything and answer any questions we had. Everything we great! The roof looks much better! I would highly recommend Liberty Roofing!

First I must apologize to Frank (owner) for being so late in writing this review. Everything went very smoothly and without difficulty. I had placed an ad on here detailing what I needed done (new roof and gutters). Liberty was very quick to respond and punctual in both showing up for both the initial estimate as well as the actual job once they were hired. They did a great job, cleaned up very well, and did the work amid some very tough weather conditions! That was the week last summer where the temps were close to 100 degrees and very very humid. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof, in fact i will be referring them to my neighbors. Once again, Great job!!

The project mananger came for the free estimate appointment on time and was courteous and professional.  He talked us through what the problem was and how he would fix it.  Once we decided to go ahead with Liberty we called to schedule the fix, we ran into weather challenges, which delayed the fix a bit.  They came on the day scheduled and did what they said they would do.  We did find one roofing nail in the driveway, but are satisfied with the work.

Jeff came out to give us estimates. He was very knowledgeable about roofing options and the requirements of a flat roof.  I had a photo of what I wanted for screening and remodeling on the interior of the porch.  He was able to give us several ideas about  what materials to use and how it could all look. He is very creative, helpful, and patient. He spent alot of time with us.   Jeff was able to delay the start of our project, until we returned from our vacation.  While we were gone, he even sent us a voicemail to confirm the planned starting date. Communications were excellent throughout the project!   The roofing project had a small glitch, that Jeff noticed, which was worked out promptly  and to our satisfaction. The workers were prompt, professional, and they cleaned up daily.  They carefully worked around the plants and shrubs surrounding the porch. The new screening and repairs were exactly what we wanted. We love our new porch.

I did hire them to replace my kitchen ceiling and paint the entire kitchen, including removing an awful paper wallpaper border and replacin the light fixture that I ordered. Dan did a beautiful job!. He was at my home every day promptly at 9am. he cleaned up his mess daily before leaving. He did a great job! My new light fixture wasn't delivered in time, Dan offered to come back and install it for me even though he completed the rest of the job.   Jim came back after the job was completed to make sure the job was completed to his and my satisfaction before taking my payment. I'm very happy with their work and highly recommend them! I asked Jim to take a look at my bathroom and he offered his opinion as to what could be done with it. I will be hiring them again in the future!

Frank's crew was polite arrived when they said they would. The job went longer than I expected, but turned out well. Frank made sure the work was done professionally and personally made certain any issues were addressed. There were a couple of issues that came up, weeks after the roof was completed, but Frank was quick to respond and professionally stood behind his workmanship and promptly addressed them.
Getting a new roof is one of those projects you want to make sure is done right, and if there is a problem, you want to have confidence your roofing company is going to stand behind their work. It seems that anyone with a ladder and a hammer is a roofer these days, and using Angie's list was definitely helpful. I recommend Frank and Liberty Roofing 100%. I plan on having Frank back next year for a siding job!

Prompt, Professional, Precise, and Friendly.  Did a great job repairing my roof.

We had a wind storm. I had issues with roofing and siding. Insurance came out and said to replace them both. I called Liberty Roofing and Construction Company. They wanted a deposit to come out and start the work. He said he would come out the following weekend. He writes up an estimate and asks for a deposit to get started as soon as possible and I paid what the insurance gave me; which was $5,557. They came out, performed the work, and everything worked out just fine.  I'm giving them all "A"s down the board for this job.

I contacted Liberty after my house suffered hail and wind damage. They were able and willing to work with my insurance company and actually met my adjuster at my house. After getting approval from the insurance company I chose Liberty to perform the work because, they were a local family owned business and were very helpful with the insurance process. Liberty did an excellent job at installing my new metal roof along with several other small projects. Every worker was kind, courteous, and respectful to my family and my property. The job site cleanup was immaculate and when they left there was no sign of them being here! I am also very pleased that Liberty showed me how a new METAL roof was so AFFORDABLE! I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so. In fact they have been back to my house several times to do other projects.

They were very professional with the quoting and very good with cleaning up after themselves. THis was a larger project, so they worked with us for a long time, but they showed up on time everyday. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with them. I have used them on more than one occasion. Overall I was extremely satisfied with their work. I will use them again in the future.

We have used Liberty Roofing on two occasions. One was an emergency situation when water was leaking into our home due to ice and snow build up on the roof. We called Liberty and in no time Frank Burkhart arrived. He assessed the situation, gave us an explanation of what was happening, and how it could be fixed. Frank cleared the large amount of snow and ice from the roof which stopped the water flow into the house. He called us a day later to make sure everything was OK. He also followed up with an estimate to install ice guard on the roof to prevent future leakage. Once the weather turned warm enough, we had Frank’s team install the ice guard. We also had him do some work on our deck to prevent water leakage. Frank at Liberty is very responsive, extremely professional, and very customer-focused. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend Liberty for any roofing needs you may have.
