MR. BATCH EXHIBITED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE BY BEING PERSONABLE, ON TIME, AND ESPECIALLY RESPONSIVE TO MY SITUATION WITH THE UNTIMELINESS OF THE WATER DEPT TO TURN OFF WATER FROM THE STREET FOR SEVERAL DAYS, CHARGE WAS REASONABLE GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES. COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL.
