 + -1 moreWe bought sofas from Levin two and a half years ago. They convinced us to buy the extra warranty that would cover stains of any kind. When i called the company that they use my claim was denied. I called both the store and the company they use for warranties and was told that i waited to long to make the claim. I quoted three different time frames from five days-one month based on who i was talking with that day. I will never buy furniture from this company again. I don't feel that a sofa should fade in certain areas after such a short time.
Description of Work: Levin and the company they use for extended warranties gave me the run around when i tried to file a claim for my sofas.
